Actuare's solution for re-registration in the United Kingdom enables platforms and fund managers to provide an efficient automated service for transfers in-specie which is fully interoperable with the market. The service currently covers re-registration of investment funds, Stocks and Shares ISAs, and Cash ISAs, and is likely to be extended to SIPPs and other products in the near future.
Actuare has been involved in the TISA Re-registration Project and TeX from the start and is one of a select number of systems providers now ready with a solution. Actuare participates in the UKFMPG (UK Funds Market Practice Group) for Transfers and contributed to the market practice and the messaging standards involved.
The Actuare system enables users to progress step-by-step to an automated solution depending on business needs. For example, users can start with electronic records and develop automation with other platforms and fund managers as they become enabled. Users can also add on different levels of integration with their existing systems to reuse their data and achieve end-to-end automation.
The Actuare system is also designed to add connectivity from users own systems to other platforms and fund managers. This enables users to extend their current systems simply with a proven interface designed and maintained in accordance with market practice.
Actuare has built its solution to be fully interoperable and we offer a number of formats and network options for secure communication. For example:
- ISO 20022 over SWIFTNet Funds
- Euroclear EMX and CREST
Actuare's aim is to be fully interoperable with all other available systems providers for re-registration. Actuare is participating in the new TISA Re-registration Interoperability WG and is working with the other systems providers to complete testing and achieve this aim.
